FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are appointments required?

Because we believe so strongly in the importance of one on one attention with our clients, we prefer to work on an appointment-based schedule except on Saturdays. This enables us to give you the time and guidance that is so very crucial with something as important as your special event. This exceptional customer service is why Susan's Shoppe has such a great reputation since 1996. Although every attempt is made to assist walk-ins, we may not be able to accommodate you during our busy season (January - April) without an appointment. We conveniently book appointments Mondays through Fridays. To schedule an appointment time that works best for you, please contact us at 601-833-9333 or by email.

How long does it take for a dress to come in?

Prom and Pageant dresses can take as little as 3-4 days and as long as 16 weeks.

Is picture taking allowed during gown appointments?

Designers copyright all of their gowns. In order for us to continue holding accounts with these manufacturers, they ask that we don’t allow any photographs of their gowns until an actual dress has been purchased. We do not allow photos in order to protect our vendor’s merchandise. At the time of purchase, however, feel free at that point to take as many photos that you wish!
