I understand that I am to bring my own shoes and earrings and that I am responsible for my own items.  Susan's Shoppe is not responsible for my personal items.

I will conduct myself in a proper manner.  If I do not show good sportsman-like conduct, then I will be asked to leave.

Not all people coming to the filming Saturday will get to wear a dress.  Some may look like they are "shopping".

I understand that I will not receive any money for this production, but I will receive Coupons and Discounts for my participation.
